I was registered in Indiana I moved and when I got my license I registered here how does Indiana find out that I registered in another state? They didn't till I called them and notified them. For a time period I was registered in two states.


Election boards are not trolling the obituaries. Your love ones would be required to make sure they notify the election board if you should pass away otherwise there will be dead people register to vote.

 

Question:  Is it a problem if people don't notify the election board of the passing of someone and somehow that person was able to cast a vote?

 

Here's another question.  Do people routinely notify the election board if somebody in their family passes?

 

Those are valid questions and an investigation and solution to the problem should by all means be figured out and the problem should be fixed.  It's something that should have happened a long time ago.
