I'll answer it for you since you seem to think that it really matters.  I would say that it depends on the number of Black CEO's.  My guess is that the majority of them have stock portfolios and of the ones that do greater than half probably own stock in the corporations that do run private prisons.

 

I still don't get the point of your question that you are so desperate to get answered.
