I don't think so. The Jets have huge needs at QB and CB. They don't have a valid starting QB on the roster and Revis was beaten like a drum last year and will likely either move to Safety or be cut. Forte was not bad at all at RB. On top of that, they will probably need to look at a OT as well since Ryan Clady might not be back. As for the Panthers, I can't see them passing on a premier OT.  This is a very weak OT class and there are like 3 guys who could start right away before the class drops off a cliff. I think they look hard at Ryan Ramczyk, who would be a perfect fit. Cam Newton was harassed all year by opposing D-Linemen. They also might look at a shutdown corner. Their secondary was atrocious in 2016. They couldn't stop anybody. I don't see them looking at a RB until the 3rd round at the earliest.
