Logic would show that a move in the other direction would keep a status quo as well. So based on the rest of your questions, you also want alcohol and tobacco criminalized? They both have all of those same issues. Age limit? Public intoxication? Second hand smoke? DUI/DWI? Legit the same questions as with already legal substances. What part of what I said would make you think I also want to get rid of DUI laws? Those already include the influence of drugs, not just alcohol. |
