Trade him for a ham sandwich, anything if you can even if it's a conditional pick.  Either way, it's time to move on and give him a chance somewhere else if he can find it.  He's still young, and would seem to have the tools that teams would want in a backup QB.  The Steelers gave up a seventh round pick to Tampa to acquire Leftwich as a backup, so it's not a stretch at all to think it could happen.  There have been some pretty sorry backup QBs who were dealt because someone is willing to roll the dice because of desperation at the position.  Kelly Holcomb was traded twice.
