Arizona definitely has the need for a long term answer at QB.

 

However, there are at few questions about the viability of a trade down with the Cards.

 

1.  Do they have the ammo to move up to 4?

 

2.  Are the Jaguars willing to move back that far?

 

3.  Is there a QB the Cardinals would like in the first such that they'd be willing to give up a truckload of picks to get?  I don't think this is a 2004 caliber QB draft, and I don't think there are any Winston or Mariota caliber guys in this draft.

 

4.  There is talk that Carson Palmer and LF are returning this year.  If true, given their age and Arians' age, they may be looking for one last playoff push.  In this case, they may look for a more immediate impact position than QB in the first, and maybe take a developmental, guy they can sit for a year and learn behind Palmer.
