The Jags Coordinators are easily among the bottom 1/3rd in the league, and thats conservative. As for who to replace them with??

 

Off the top of my head I'll tell you that Chudzinski at OC and Leslie Frazier at DC would be a sark improvement over what we currently have. And both are available right now. 

we have the cap room to let him play out his contract, if he doesn't produce you cut ties and costs nothing after this season. it isn't YOUR money anyway.

Frazier is interested in head coaching. Cudzinski is just a name you're throwing out there. The Panthers didn't seem to miss him. Players not plays.

 

Besides NEW OCs and DCs would hurt our young players with new schemes and crap. Consistency matters whether you want to admit it or not.
