Judging from MJD's interview a couple of days ago, I think whoever offers more money will be who lands him.

 

Part of me believes he can get back to being very good by reducing his weight and having a good offseason.

 

Another part of me thinks he's done. 

 

I get the feeling that Caldwell wants to let MJD hit Free Agency just so he can see how the market is. I'm just betting that he has a number in mind, but he knows that Drew and his agent won't even touch it until they get a dose of reality. But hey, if he can get a better deal somewhere else, I'm not going to knock the man for padding his bank account.
