Bortles isnt the type of QB Gus Bradly and Jedd Fish wants anyways, they want a mobile QB,and Bortles is just a big pocket passer.
Bortles might have a half a step on Teddy. Both are elusive in the pocket. I'd be delighted with either. If Teddy decides to stay at Louisville, it would not surprise me at all to see the Texans take Bortles first overall as there's no way they'd take Carr. I'm worried somebody will trade up with St Louis for Bortles.
