If I was making negative comments on something that was clearly "GOOD" and then you might actually have a point, but that has not happened. 
Gus is gonna keep his coordinators out of loyalty which could be the double edged sword. attacking coordinators who have just ONE year here with minimal talent.

 

You give NO ONE a chance to evolve before you're ready for them to go.

 

Who can make gold out of crap? I have yet to see a coordinator do that.
