I'm not saying he is unable to throw a spiral, but he can't do it consistently. In fact, a spiral is basically an anomaly. Peyton's spiral got worse as he aged (especially after his neck surgeries). He had a great arm early on - not a perfect spiral every time, but way better than Bortles (even 2015 Bortles)
