it's really not that hard.
when we talk about QBs developing and getting better, what makes them better? Usually it's adapting to the speed of the game, diagnosing defenses, etc. The MENTAL part of the game. Quarterbacks developing doesn't mean waiting on the off-season to "fix" how you throw the dang football.
