Bortles himself said that Olson and House had differently philosophies and that Olson said he'd be better off staying in Jax with the WRs. Also when Bortles repeatedly said he needs to work on his footwork to tighten the motion and Olson was all about only working on the arm. Not sure if it's still on Jags.com but it came out when Olson was fired, straight from Blake's mouth.
