My original three points stand regarding the title of this thread and what the topic is about.

Those three points are FACT and refute the claim that the President "got a guy killed and blames 0bama".
 
There is a lot that goes into planning and executing a special operations mission like this.  Where is the real fault/blame?  Bad intelligence?  Poor timing?  Poor execution?  The bottom line as I said is that sometimes [BAD WORD REMOVED] happens in an operation like this.  Accepting responsibility is one thing, accepting blame is another.

No, you are correct, Trump did not blame Obama directly. What he did not do was accept ownership of a mission he approved. See how many times he says "they".

He says the mission was started "before I got here". If he means the military under Obama, then he means Obama's administration, which means he blames Obama indirectly.

 

"And they lost Ryan". You served, would you want your commander in chief referring to your operational performance in this way?
