Of course I haven't seen a single article that states Obama was responsible. Quite the contrary everyone ( including Republicans) think Donald's off the rails here.
 

Trump's campaign was wiretapped, maybe Trump himself. Results were released illegally to the NYT. If you want to believe that Obama was so uninformed that he didn't know about it beforehand, then you must be very naive.
