It seems to me, like it makes more sense to overspend on the best OG in free agency and fill the CB need via the draft. I just don't get the reasoning. Sign Bouye to weaken Houston and then draft a CB anyway. Win-Win. Gotta spend the money anyway and it's going up every year.
