I mean to be honest I don't really see anyone overrate Colvin at all. He hasn't shown anything more than a slot player. Personally I don't think it's so farfetched to think its possible that a player that clearly has some talent can put it all together in a contract year in hopes to get a big contract. You know, like this Bouye guy everyone wants now all of a sudden. Nobody is saying the guy is the next great CB, nor is he right now. Nobody was saying this about Bouye before the season either. Colvin played well in 2015. Decent in 16'. He plays with a huge chip on his shoulder and passion. Seems highly motivated as well. Remember the "where yo dog at?" mic'd up version? He plays with that passion and it's obvious. Saying its possible he could have a good year that turns into something big contractual isn't overrating the guy.  For all we know he might not pan out, but if i'm looking at players who could go next level in their game he isn't a guy I would write off. He may or may not be able to play on the outside, guess we will see.
