Couple thoughts.

1. It's gotta be a bad day to be the Houston GM. This looks TERRIBLE on your resume. Not only did you over pay for garbage, you had to give up a 2nd Rd Pick to get rid of him? Ouch.

2. It's got to feel even WORSE to be Osweiler right now. Not only did your team just give up a 2nd to get rid of you... the team they sent you too basically said don't even bother showing up... is trying to trade you immediately, or simply cut you and eat the cost. Sheesh.

3. Apparently the Browns staff truly is combining Moneyball and Draft Day.. this is just fun to watch.
