Fisch showed some creativity later on in the season combined with an offense that improved following the bye week.  Lets have a reality check here.  The jags played the majority of the season with a 2nd or 3rd string Qb on some teams, a bad offensive line, no running game, and a wr corps that was filled with 2nd and 3rd string players.

 

The defensive side of the ball was just as bad.  The staff worked with a defensive line that lacked a pass rush most of the season, a very young secondary who also suffered from injuries, and a LB group that had only 1 real starter (poz)

 

This team needs talent. Until then, the coaches can only do so much.  4 wins out of this group is a phenominal job.
