Blake Bortles as a game manager is by far the best option.

No offense, but there aren't many GOAT's walking around looking for a team or coming out of college. And like the other poster above me, Bortles is definitely a GUN SLINGER, like Favre and not a game manager like Alex Smith. 

 

Another thing most of you who are clamoring for Bortles becoming a game manager forget, a game manager NEEDS a good running game to supplement them. And guess what, our running game last year was nonexistent.
