Sure, I fully agree that a good run game would help him out but that's not to say having a good run game would be able to make him into a game manager type. Its just not his style of play and he doesn't have the traits to play that way.


Will a run game turn him into a cerebral passer? No, I tend to think Bortles will always be prone to throwing picks due to his aggressive style , you can win with that style but he needs to tighten up everywhere else. Trying to make him a game manager just isn't going to happen.
