No, they "wasn't as flunky in 2015" but they still weren't what anyone would call good.

And he still didn't have good decision making, or quick decision making, or good accuracy. He just very inefficiently compiled a ton of stats while trailing by double digits, often because he dug us into a hole. That's the antithesis of game managing.
