Probably rotate the inside between the 3 based on matchups/hot hand. If Jack is playing MLB, you could also have Fowler rush from SLB and have Campbell and Ngakoue on the ends with Malik and Poe inside. Not to mention a legit rotation to keep guys fresh and rested.
