Who's the pick at 4 now?

Let me put this Theory to bed we're not getting a Qb at pick number #4. Tom Coughlin is under the mandate to win now and that's why this franchise players the way we did in free agency because of it. Why would they choose a QB at 4 when all of them have flaws in their game that will prevent them from being successful this season. They want impact players at number 4 and if they was picking at you be at that spot they would have gotten rid Gabbert via trade like they done in 2014 the same year they drafted Blake. They will draft a QB at some point in this draft but it not going to be at pick number 4 nor not going to be within the first three rounds because they want place players with those picks that could come in and win now.
