Not sure why the location makes a difference. Actually that is not true. The citizenship of a parent has no bearing in the citizenship of the child, it's all about where the child is born. If he was born on a US military installation or embassy they are considered US soil and would be a citizen of the US. Otherwise the child would be a citizen of the country of birth. |
