It's even laid out and cited on the wikipedia page.See, I was wondering about the naturalized part after I typed my response. When my ex-husband was stationed in Germany back in the 90's, his son was born in a German hospital and he and his ex-wife had to fill out special paperwork for citizenship purposes. The citizenship issue does get muddied by what the media tries to sell people as well. I have been a long time out of high school so I don't remember what was taught then. Thanks for the info. |
