He's not pushing Bortles.

 

 

He's never been given a chance. Besides, I'm certainly not saying he's a long term answer, by any means. I'm simply saying he's 10x better than Chad Henne. We know Henne certainly isn't gonna push Bortles. He's been here forever and he's never come close. He's a terrible backup as well. Why not sign Daniel? He's a definite upgrade over Henne and would give me much more confidence in the QB position for 2017. There's not much left out there and this QB draft class is garbage. With Foles gone and Cutler looking for another starting gig, I don't see any other options. I really don't wanna go into the season with Bortles as a big "?" and Henne as our top backup. That's like having no backup plan at all.
