I want him to succeed and be the franchise QB but he is like 11-34 as a starter. He doesn't have the win mentality and doesn't have fluent mechanics. We can work and try to fix him but it takes time. We have a win now defense and good pieces on offense where a QB with good mechanics can come in and help this team win the division. Blake had a good year in 2015 but some of those stats are inflated, he played from behind a lot of the time. If we sign Poe and Murray, QB has to be in play at 4 or a trade for a QB. I'm 50-50 because I don't want to give up on him, I feel like Gus was a huge problem and wasn't able to develop Blake into a better QB. If Gus coached him hard his mechanics would be fixed by now. He is going into his 4th year. The worst thing that could happen is Blake does was Blake does and we end up like the Texans, good defense no QB.
