In that scenario, you take Allen. It's a no brainer. This draft is so deep at TE that taking one at 4 would be a huge reach. Just take Bucky in the 2nd round or something.
 

This statement ^ along with my unpopular confidence in Lewis/Koyack/Sterling is why I'd wait till the 4th or 5th round and target Jeremy Sprinkle or Jonnu Smith depending on if they are looking for a traditional TE or a "move" guy.
