I think he will excel if he goes to a team with a QB that is very accurate with short passes, because I don't think anyone will be able to cover him. 

 

I think he belongs in the top 15 picks, Daniel Jeremiah has him going #11 to New Orleans, which seems ideal to me, pairing him with Drew Brees could make him roookie of the year. 

After watching how the Patriots used that receiving back White to carve up that cover 3 of Atlanta, my mind jumped straight to McCaffrey. His route running isn't that talked about but it's there. I hear some people downplaying his explosiveness too. New Orleans would be a good fit but I think they are more focused on their defense. I guess it probably won't happen now but I would have loved to see him play in New England with Brady/Edelman, his jack of all trades skillset and the precise route running screams Patriots to me.
