You think a 240 lb RB with 4.5 speed is a weapon but a 6'6 250 lb TE with the same speed wouldn't? It's not just the straight line speed either. Howard's agility and cod drills were on par with receivers.

 

If used and developed properly, this guy can be a real weapon.
