QFT. Especially the second part. There are things others do that adversely affect my health yet I don't expect them to be held responsible. The one thing I appreciate the government stepping in on was banning smoking from restaurants, airplanes and other such places. When I was a smoker I never smoked indoors, even in my own home unless it was really crappy weather. Then I would put a fan in the window pointed outside and blow the smoke through the fan.
