If that's what you believe than you have to agree with solid snake that the government has to protect your right to clean water, air, healthcare, education and whatever else someone wants to claim as thier right.

If it's not defined it's not guaranteed it's on you to earn it.

Wrong, wrong, wrong. The 9th protects all your other unspecified, unenumerated rights from government interference. Your way just means whatever isnt spelled out isnt a right. Thats why you wrongly hold the conflicting thoughts that you have the right to own property but dont have the right to vote. You cannot have it both ways since neither is directly affirmed by Constitutional enumeration.
