It wasn't a prayer. And your statement that "nobody knew", is false.


You may have had a hunch or a really good feeling based on logic, but you didn't know.


You would have had to have known for fact, the teams draft boards ahead of ours, ours, and that doesn't even factor in the human variable. Sometimes people go rogue from their draft boards.


I get what you're getting at, but I just disagree that you can say you "knew."
Coughlin when asked if winning will be a focus: "What the hell else is there? This is nice and dandy, but winning is what all this is about."
