Interesting that you put "man" in quotes.   The "man" that she sees would probably be a transgender woman (a man with lady parts) who is forced to use the ladies' room because, he/she has lady parts.  (Maybe that's what you were talking about.)  Careful what you mandate, conservatives.  You might not like the outcome as much as you think.

 

I say, leave it up to the states, and in 10 years, we'll be able to say, for example, New York let everyone use the bathroom of their choice and there were or weren't problems.  Or, Kansas mandated the people use bathrooms that correspond to their private parts, and there were or were not problems.   

 

Or, Florida outlawed urinals and that solved the whole thing!

 

It's just too confusing and contentious and not worth fighting about.
