That's fair. I was watching some film on Mack, and they're right about him typically bouncing it outside. In the NFL you can only get away with that if you have serious speed which DRob has. Marlon ran a 4.54, and I'm not quite convinced that's fast enough to capitalize in the NFL as an edge runner. Remember, DRob ran something in the 4.3s as I recall. Also, when you watch tape of Mack you can totally see how loose he holds the ball making it easy to understand why he fumbles so much.


 

I noticed, btw, a clip for Kareem Hunt on the sideline. Now I already recognize his name as one of the top prospects that would be available when the Jaguars pick in round five. He's a fiesty RB who can run up the middle, and I'd be more comfortable with him in round five than Mack in round four. If we're picking RB in round three, I'm sure we can do much better than Mack even if Mixon and McNichols are both gone by then. We might be able to get Foreman or Kamara in round three.
