How many times has Bortles won a game for us himself?

Quote:True but you can't say the defense didn't put the offense in position to win games when the offense struggled dearly sustaining drives last season. You can't blame the defense when they are gassed out because they are always on the field. It's time this moronic meme is put to bed. The offense averaged more then 29 minutes of possession per game. If you think your defense needs your offense to possess the ball for more than that per game then you're really just looking for excuses for it. Good defenses don't get gassed playing a half of a game. The Jaguars have sucked because they were a mediocre team with epically poor coaching, not because the offense couldn't average a few more seconds of possession per game. |
