Howard at 4, Rivers or Watt at 35, and then Dawkins or Siragusa at 68 is the dream assuming Thomas is off the board.
 

Feeney at 35 would be like the Myles Jack situation all over again.  He even has some medical question marks that could influence a team to pass. 

But it could happen. 

 

I seriously doubt Dawkins is still on the board at 68.  They'd most likely have to grab him at 35 if they want him.
