The Republican/Conservative representatives of Congress are so fractured that they can't even work on a common goal that would easily pass with the majorities they have. Sad, really sad.


The more moderate Republicans thought this new plan was too aggressive and would hurt some of their constituents (while helping some others). The staunch Conservatives didn't think this plan was near aggressive enough.


Just because the Congress majority says "Republican", doesn't mean that they are one, united unit AT ALL. They have very differing views about many things.


It's a freaking Circus.


* I am very glad though (as Indy stated) that at least this time we didn't have to hear/watch any of the "We'll have to pass it to see what's in it" male cow excrement.
