I think I was underestimating Kevin King's combine numbers. The guy had a 3.89 20-yard shuttle. That's just sick.


 

He's an extremely athletic 6'4" CB who can run a 4.4, but you have to temper all of this by reading his nfl.com "weaknesses." He's sort of work in progress, which is why I had him below Sidney Jones.


 

I did have him edging out two other tall, fast CB in Witherspoon and Douglas. Witherspoon is just as tall and fast, but he's raw as heck. Rasul Douglas is another tall CB who does have plenty of experience with a rather polished game... his only drawback is that he only runs a 4.6. ...the same speed as Tabor who is even more skilled but only 6'0".


 

Tankesley is a guy I really like possibly even for the #35 spot which is right about where his value is in this draft. There's tons to like about Tankersley, it's just he's edged out by the top guys. He might be a hair behind Kevin King's combine numbers, but I wouldn't hesitate to draft Tankersley over Kevin King.


 

I feel there's something I don't know about Adoree Jackson, and I need to clear this up before commenting on him. Mayock moved him to his "special" category out of his top five CBs, and I need to now why. This is where Mixon in for punching the girl... where Sidney Jones is for being injured... etc... so I see the move as sort of a red flag. Adoree is also a a smaller 5'10 CB so it's thought he'll stick as nickel back in the NFL vs playing outside. His experience and skill-set are enough to keep him ranked fairly high.
