Did the Dolphins use Dion Jordan correctly?

#13

Quote:Jordan had shoulder surgery and limited him early. When he was given the opportunity, they found that he had trouble in the run game. They transitioned him to be a 3rd down specialist for this reason, which limited his snaps. In today's Ft Lauderdale Sun Sentinel newspaper, they talked of the situation and hope a full healthy off season program will assist in his development to have a bigger role next season.

Good point about the shoulder surgery.  The same thing occurred with Jets 1st Round CB Dee Milliner.  Both players didn't have the luxury of practicing in the off-season and missed some time in training camp.    In the case of Jordan,  he missed many OTA's altogether because Oregon didn't have their graduation as early as most other schools.  Both rookies were clearly setback..  Next season should be a much better indication of what to expect from an overall career standpoint for both Dion Jordan and Dee Milliner.
