It's not possible.    Reason one.  Salary cap would have to have a high conversion rate.   Why would any player play for 30% less of his suggested contract?  Why would he spend higher taxes for basic needs?   Where is the adjustment?   Even if could be one.   The NFLPA Union would complain favortism for higher pay from players over seas. 

 

Even though that cost would balance off stuff.   The players would over welmingly gripe being cheated. 

 

This would be a trainwreck.
