1)  I assume you mean do not trade up within the top 5.  I could envision scenarios where trading back up into the bottom of the first round or trading up a few spots in the middle of a round  to ensure we get a player might be advisable.  It worked wonders for us in 2014.

 

2)  If we trade down to 18, there is a strong chance all of those guys you mentioned will be gone.  12?  Yeah, one of those guys are likely to be there.  But to be honest, we aren't trading with Tennessee, who holds the 18th pick.

 

5)  I would not take Sidney Jones with our 3rd round pick.  I liked him as a prospect before he tore his achilles.  Very few skill players have torn their achilles and returned to be the same player they were pre-injury.  Were it an ACL tear, I'd be more receptive to the strategy.
