Because if you were, then all of you would be running NFL teams, instead of working 9 to 5s like the rest of us and watching film as a hobby.
I am not "you guys", but a lot of "us" have been offered and turned down jobs in the industry because running a successful scouting site pays a lot more than a scout job does and it doesn't require travel 200+ days a year that rips you from your family.
