When I heard his weight and saw him at the combine, I wasn't thinking he was out of shape.  My reaction was that he added too much weight working out/preparing for the combine.  I took it as overworking, not underworking.  He didn't look out of shape to me, he looked to have bulked up (not bulked out.)
