I think they can pick up the option. There really is not a ton of risk, aside from injury.

 

If he stinks it up again, you can cut him and that option goes away.

 

I do think they will draft a mid-round QB. Maybe fourth round. But I doubt that guy comes in and has a shot at taking Blake's job.
