Love Neil Peart as a drummer but he's even a little ADHD for my taste (I find him a bit too busy where some of his best work is more restrained.)

IMO, some of his drumming to me is as if he answered a question asking for a single sentence answer with an entire paragraph with extra punctuation.

Not saying it's bad at all, just overkill at times.
