Anyways, based on 2015 tape when he played under a different coaching staff and at a higher weight, this guy was a 1st round pick. This past year, dropped to 250 or below range and Lovie did some different things that must not have suited his game. Obbiously, we think we can get the 2015 upside he showed TC and co. think. If we can, its a steal.

 

As ridiculous as me saying it's a good pick, not having seen a game. The more I look at this, however, the more it reminds me of Yannick. 3rd rd pass rusher with similar #'s, production and exposure.  I mean, more of us knew about Yannick and maybe expected that pick in the 3rd, whereas, this is different in those regards. I can see similar production on the NFL level, that they may equal eachother, almost to a Freeny/Mathis type comparison on the outsides. Or so one may hope, without blaspheming on The Jags mssg board.
