<p style="color:rgb(40,40,40);font-family:helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">BTW, the talk of keeping Robinson at LT is a message to Albert that we will move on without him if he decides to hold out.  He needs to prove himself here first before we sign him to any long term contract.  Another reason to possibly kick the tires on Mangold.

That said...

 

Albert will be in Camp and will start at LT.  He's just using the only piece of leverage he has right now in order to try and get a better deal.  It's voluntary workouts, nothing to see here.

 

Albert's not getting a long term deal, and he'll eventually figure that out.  He's nearing the end of his career, and is really just a stop-gap at LT for us.  I actually agree completely with JO on this one.  Albert will start at LT, Robinson will kick in to LG, and in a year or two when Albert is tapped out, Robinson will slide over to LT.

 

I'd have preferred Lamp, and I was frustrated when we didn't grab Feeny... but it happened, so... here we are.

 

Not satisfied, but it IS improved some.
