I agree with posters above saying part of the reason we did not go QB is that they felt Allen was better.


 

So why am I so high on Allen when we've seen so little?


 

Well, a little is enough. I've seen enough to know for certain that Allen has a beautiful pass and a natural deep arm. For me that's enough because most everything else can be learned. Moreover, in those handful of reps he has taken...including the entire final Preseason game last year...nothing glaringly bad stood out. He looked poised and comfortable throwing the whole time. The only real question is I'm not sure if we've really had a chance to watch him under pressure.
